BALLSTON SPA, N.Y. (WNYT)- First on 13, Rebecca Jordan, the mom arrested in April after her son died from an overdose of Benadryl, has pleaded guilty to manslaughter. Jordan pleaded guilty Monday, November 2, in Saratoga County Court. Jordan s son died January 19, 2026, at the D and R Village Community Mobile Home Park in Halfmoon. Jordan was arrested April 15 and charged with manslaughter, tampering, as well as child endangerment. “It’s an absolute tragedy. It’s not something that we see regularly,” Saratoga County District Attorney Brett Eby said around the time Jordan was arrested. “The toxicology reports and investigation yielded something that is unseen to most prosecutors and law enforcement personnel.” Jordan will be sentenced January 4, 2027, and will likely receive four to 12 years in state prison.
